In this latest HCM blog, I am pleased to highlight a few of the new and improved features and functionality for Oracle HCM Cloud 19A. You will be excited to know that most of these new features are customer driven, customer focused, and customer supported. Here is a quick excerpt of the new features along with tips on how to get them enabled in your current HCM Cloud environment.
Enhanced Talent Profile Management
The Talent Profile Management enhancements includes changes to the User Experience and Talent Profile Administration. While Profile Management has been enhanced to provide a more engaging and responsive interface design (mobile and web page capable), Profile Management Administration has been enhanced to provide increased product performance and extensibility. Please note that these enhancements only impact Oracle Recruiting Cloud Service and Oracle Learn Cloud customers, early adopters and newly provisioned customers. This feature must be approved and enabled by Oracle and your Implementation Partner.
New and Improved Advanced Person Search for HR Specialist Role

Streamlined Salary Approval Process
This feature prevents new salary proposals when a salary change is pending approval or a Line Manager transaction includes a salary change (i.e. promotion). This feature does not require enablement.

Enhanced Team Schedule for Employee and Manager Self – Service Pages
The Team Schedule Self – Service page has been redesigned to provide the same look and feel for desktop and mobile devices. This new page is modern, streamlined, and can be personalized. This feature requires support or enablement by your Implementation Partner.
Redesigned Payslips Page
The Self – Service and Professional Payslips page has been consolidated into one page allowing for a single landing page for all users and an enhanced responsive experience for mobile users. This feature requires enablement by your Implementation Partner.
New Security Feature for Year – End Documents
You can now secure access to all year-end documents. This feature does not require enablement.
Redesigned Goal Management Experience (Notifications, Target Outcomes and Approval Features)
In addition to new approval features, Goal FYI Notifications have been added as part of the redesigned Goal Management experience. This feature requires enablement by your Implementation Partner.

Succession and Talent Pools
Quick Actions Support for Succession and Talent Pools
