Apps Associates’ Oracle to the Cloud Data and Advice on the Best Way to Migrate

Recently, our very own Paul Vian, SVP of Sales and Marketing, and Bill Saltys, SVP of Alliances, sat down with Dan Woods of Early Adopter Research (EAR) to discuss the findings from our Oracle to the Cloud report, which surveyed 300+ IT decision makers (ITDMs). 2019 is the year cloud migration from Oracle applications will pick up speed. Our recent survey, Oracle to the Cloud: Top 5 Myths, Debunked, found that 59% of Oracle users are planning to migrate their legacy applications or databases to the cloud this year. May 3, 2019 - A Fresh Scene at Collaborate19

Peter Quintiliani

This year, OAUG Collaborate ’19 was held April 7th – 11th in a new venue of San Antonio, TX.  If you’re unfamiliar with the event, the last 5 years Collaborate was held in Las Vegas. I think it was a great idea by the OAUG committee to change the location to San Antonio because Vegas, despite being “Vegas”, started to feel a little stale to me for this event. My favorite part of attending any conference is hearing first hand from our prospects and clients. They shared these top three concerns about getting Oracle to the Cloud.
